Do all
the baskets include
personalized wine label?
Yes. Make
sure that you pick the label number and indicate the label
message. Also, we can include a Photo Art gift card with the
gift baskets. These cards have been specially designed and
created for Wine Etc.®

have more than 10 recipients on my order, can I still use your
web site?
Yes.
You can either send the recipients names and addresses via email
at wineetc@wineetc.com

Can
I substitute an item in the basket?
We can make
substitutions if you order 25 or more of the same basket. In
case there instances when we are out of a particular item in a
gift basket, we will replace that item with one of equal or
greater value at no extra charge. All wine vintage dates are
subject to change due to availability.

If
I place an order, how will my baskets be shipped?
Your order
will be shipped within 24-48 hours after you place the order. We
ship via FedEx or DHL. Most deliveries arrive within 5 business
days. We can have your gift delivered the next business day.
Orders must be placed by 1:30 pm pacific standard time to ship
the same day.

Can
you customize a basket?
We can
customize orders of 25 or more of the same type of basket.

What are your hours of operation?
We are
available Monday - Friday 10:00 am to 5:30pm PST to take your
call. During the holidays (November 26 - December 31) we
are available 10:00am to 9:00 pm PST, 7 days a week for orders.

Do
you offer shipping insurance?
All gifts are
insured against loss and damage during shipping at no extra cost
to you!

Do you
ship to P.O. Boxes and Alaska and Hawaii?
No, we
do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We ship to Hawaii (two days
only) and Alaska.

Why
do you need my recipient's phone number?
The
carrier must have the recipient's phone number. We will not
contact your gift recipients via phone unless we are having
problems with delivery.

What
forms of payment does Wine Etc.® accept?
We
accept all major credit cards; money orders, personal checks and
we do offer invoicing on all pre-approved accounts (minimum
$1,500 first order). Terms are net 30 days from date of
shipment.

What is your guarantee policy?
We guarantee
the timely arrival of your gifts in perfect condition. If you or
your recipient are not 100% satisfied, simply return the item
for replacement or a prompt refund.

How
long does it take to establish credit with your company?
It takes 1
business days for credit approval.

Do
you collect sales tax?
California State law
requires us to collect sales tax on all items delivered within
the state of California.

How
long will the gourmet foods in my gift basket stay fresh?
We carry the best
quality products available. All items are sealed and are best if
consumed within 6 to 9 months.

Are
the bottles of wine the size of a regular bottle of wine?
Yes - all baskets
containing wine are standard 750 ML bottles. Unless otherwise
indicated in the basket description.
